T&C's last updated: 06.04.2024

BOOKINGS

Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a completed Booking Form and payment (either the full amount or £50 deposit).

Please note - The £50 deposit is then deducted from the total amount payable. The final balance must be paid by Bank Transfer anytime up to 72 hours prior to your event date; failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled and the £50 deposit is then non-refundable and cannot be transferred onto another date.

DELIVERY & SET UP / COLLECTION

We will endeavour to arrive in plenty of time to set up the equipment, however Bunny Hopperz are not responsible for any delay incurred through unforeseen circumstances, i.e. traffic problems, bad weather etc.

We will need approximately 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to remove the equipment. Please take this into account when booking venue times. Please leave adequate parking space for a large van as close as possible to the access point for delivery and collection times.

Due to other potential bookings on the day of your hire, it is very important the start and finish times of your party are adhered to.

We can only deliver equipment to a suitably sized open space and we will not be responsible for removing furniture etc. All dimensions of our Packages and Bouncy Castles are stated on our website, in the description of each Package/Castle. Please make sure you check your area, including ceiling height!!, to ensure our equipment will fit in your space and there is enough free room around the equipment:

- please allow at least 5ft space {and 7ft at the back for the PlayPark} for front and back of a bouncy castle;

- 3ft on either side;

- 3ft on each side of the soft play area.

If the area is not big enough for the equipment, we will arrange with you for an appropriately scaled play set to be left, where possible.

When hiring a bouncy castle, access must be is at least 3ft wide and flat (similar to wheelchair type of access) so we are able to get the inflatable through.

All sizes quoted are approximate and all equipment remains the property of Bunny Hopperz at all times. Bunny Hopperz reserves the right to amend or alter any product specifications without prior notice (e.g. replace double rocker with 2 single rockers).

OUTDOOR SET UPS & WEATHER

Outdoor set ups are no longer available with the exception of a couple of soft play packages. All other equipment including all inflatables is for indoor use only.

Outdoor soft play packages will only be set up outside if the weather is dry and in a suitable area, big enough to accommodate the soft play. If the weather forecast (MetOffice) shows rain for any part of the hire day, you must have an alternative area which is under cover where we can set up (this can be inside your house, or inside a marquee or a gazebo with sides). If you do not have anywhere under cover but would still like to go ahead and book with us, by proceeding with your booking you confirm that you are aware the £50 deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable should we have to cancel your booking due MetOffice forecasting rain for any part of the day of hire/or if it is raining on the day. â€‹â€‹

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to terminate your booking should any of the following apply (please note - your £50 deposit is then non-refundable and non-transferable):

- access to the venue is inadequate;

- deposit / final balance have not been received as detailed above in the "Bookings" section;

- adverse weather conditions prevent safe delivery / set up / use of the equipment (in this case the deposit in non-refundable but can be transferred onto another date, subject to availability).

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking with us, we will be happy to refund your payment/£50 deposit, subject to a minimum of 21 days (3 weeks) notice. For any cancellations less than 21 days and up to 72 hours prior to your event date, the £50 deposit is non-refundable (if paid in full, the £50 will be deducted), however we will happily transfer it to another booking date, subject to availability. Cancellations in less than 72 hours prior to your event date will result in your deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable (if paid in full, the remaining balance afer the £50 will be refunded back into your bank account).
